It looks like the Total Care is not included, in my add (New Orleans, LA) its on Original, Fresh Burst, Cool or Vanilla Mint Mouthwash, 500ml

On a blog I pay some attention to, they're reporting that Puffs are part of the P&G $10RR deal. Can you confirm?

IF it is... then...

Buy 12 for $20, get $10RR, use 3/$5 in-ad Q and 4 $1/3 1-18P&G=$6/12 or $.50 each. That's not a bad price for soft tissues.
