But on Sunday, the cashier gave me a free Jingle Bells dog by accident (Hallmark item) that was 4.99. So it's all a wash. In the end it always works out and you get tons of free stuff.

It's a bit of a hassle to return if you paid almost nothing out of pocket, but you can do it if you really, really want to. I do not, but if it's makeup I will exchange colors and shades.

The computer won't generate the Extra Care Bucks. I was able to get rain checks for the items I could not find. Some folks have posted that their stores refuse to write them but I have not had that problem. The ads now have an Event Code on them so when you redeem the rain check they can print your Extra Care Bucks for you after the transaction has been completed.

I went to 3 different stores this week for various things. At each store different bandaids were on sale. I don't understand how this is possible. I actually asked one of the managers and he didn't know. I guess it was up to the discretion of the manager??

There are kids bandaids in 2 places: with the regular bandaids and with children's remedies. All together I think I saw Hello Kitty, Nascar, Dora, Diego, and Spongebob. Maybe Barbie too? Can't remember b/c I was looking for a boy! At the first store Hello Kitty and Nascar were on sale. No Nascar in stock. Second store only Dora and Diego were on sale. Third store Spongebob, Hello Kitty, and Dora were the only kids bandaids on sale.

I called CS to try to find out which ones were on sale, but they couldn't even tell me. Anyhow, at the one store they refused to adjust my coupon so I bought 4. I used another coupon at another store (the $3/2) and that worked fine. I've been using the $3/3 Johnson's coupons at Walmart for the Buddies soaps.

I don't think I've seen this posted, but when I bought some more of the bandaids last night, at the bottom of my receipt a few of the 2-day freebies are still shown in the listing. It shows Listerine, Right Guard, Iceland, and both AdvantEdge items. The only thing I didn't max out on was the Right Guard and it still shows "Quantity needed to earn reward - 1".

Any chance a select few deals are still working all week? My store still doesn't have the Right Guard in stock, so this isn't helpful for me, but hopefully someone else can benefit, if it is true.

Edited to correct: Sorry, I was mistaken, the only item still listed is the Right Guard. Didn't mean to get anyone's hopes up, was looking at the wrong receipt.

Right Guard is still listed because it is a 6 ecb December monthly deal. But it was on sale for $6 for only two days Sunday-Monday. After Monday it rises to 7.99.

If you got your 5 during the 2 day sale and not your monthly deal, the limit went back to 5 on the receipt. So if you did not finish the monthly deal, you are out of luck now. Also, the monthly is $9.99 get $6 ECBs.
