Here's my plan of attack, probably will change if I get more Q's along the way. But for a newbie I think not too bad. I only have $10 ECB to start rolling.... let me know if it can be improved. It covers ALL the frebie items up to their limits in 10 seperate transactions.

I'm liking your work...I've been trying to think my way around these freebies, and I'm confusing myself But I think your math is a little off in transaction 1. The benefiber will be 5.29, not 5.49, which will make your total a bit lower to try and use the $25 ECB. And you'll get back 6.99 for the l'oreal HIP, not 5.99, so that will impact transaction 2 as well...
