Ref the Bald Guyz rebate, you can get the wipes for $4.99 or the 4oz moisture gel for $5.99. The gel is actually pretty nice - smells good, goes on nice and is made of aloe, vitamins, herbs and extracts. The package says "Use anywhere irritation or dryness occurs" and it can be used on the face. So if you don't have a bald guy to give it to, get it for yourself!
