Okay. I have the list. I;ve scanned it in, but they're jpg's. I am computer challenged and don't know how to get it here other than saving them to my photobucket and uploading pics. I know someone has done a google doc before, but I don;t know how to do that.

So. I can email them to someone that knows how to upload it in format that's esier to put here. I really don;t want to type it all out. lol
