It's nice how they can mail out coupons fast, but rebates? A whole nother story...still waiting on mine!

Hi LivandNatsMom, yes the raincheck shouldn't have a date, it's not your fault that they did not have in stock. Get the raincheck for the amount you need and yes, if you have the coupon the only OOP you pay is the 2.49 and tax. (of course anything else you may want...)
If after the November and the ECBs no longer print out, they can give to you at the price minus the ECB (Free) AND/OR now CVS MGR can print the ECBs out for you.

Thanks so much! I can't tell you how many items I missed out on in the past. I did ask a teenage checkout girl once but she had no idea how the raincheck/ECB worked.Hopefully, they'll have the toothpaste in stock so I don't run into this problem.

I asked today at 3 CVS's and was told they can't give rainchecks on ECB products...I plan on calling corp to get confirmation on this. I'll let you all know.

They were incorrect . . . The ads now have an Extra Care Event number listed. If they write that number on your rain check (and it might help to keep a copy of the ad as well) when you redeem it they enter the event code in. This will generate your Extra Care Bucks even though the sale is over.

I had one manager tell me that it was dangerous that customers know that and that they can force Extra Care Bucks through that don't print.
