You could offer them to your veterinarian clinic. Some vets use them to check blood glucose when doing a glucose curve (several tests throughout a day. . .) or for periodic monitoring. They break down each year or so and the vet ends up paying retail at the last minute for replacement. BTDT. :( Having one or two new ones on hand would be convenient.

You might ingratiate yourself with your vet, which is always a nice thing!

Most hospitals have a Diabetes Department.

A call to that department would be the first step asking them:

Q) I have some unopened / unexpired glucometers that I would like to donate, can you use them?
