I found it @ Giant for $2.29 (I think) or maybe $2.39 today. Alredy sent out the rebate form. They had them on an endcap.

You can do it either way. If you buy both together the ECB is combined into one. If you do a separate transaction you can use the ECB from the first pack to pay for the second. Either way works, it's just preference.
