The Walmart "sales" are just their regular price. I'm pretty sure they aren't sale prices. AFAIK, Walmart hasn't issued their sales flyer yet.

As for Staples, those are the only "good" deals so far. They should have more penny items next week though.

rite aid this week has bic pens 2/1.00 (theres a 1.00/2 bic stationary on coupons.com to print) ---i price matched at walmart who has them for 88 cents

walmart has 1 inch hard cover binders for 97 cents (these are the ones i like for durability, plus they have inside pockets on the covers)

crayola crayons were 25 cents at my walmart (rosecrap, oh i mean roseart was 17 cents)

elmers glue was 30 cents(4oz bottles) rosecrap was 24 cents at walmart

crayola colored pencils (12 ct?) were 88 cents at walmart

crayola markers 10 pack (in fine line or bold) in "classic colors" were 88 cents (yet all the other crayola marker colors were 2.88?)

As for the markers, they sell the 10pk for $0.88 every year. But the 8pk and all the other markers are usually still regular price.

Yeah, I'm really surprised. My mother never really shopped at WAGs either for school supplies. She really just followed the office supply stores, walmart & target. So, this year, I'm going to make sure she gets the best deal!
