Meijer Ad 7/6 - 7/12

?? does that ice cream price sound good to everyone??

hubby likes plain vanilla and I usually get him the big plastic size which runs about $6 so this is essentially 50% cheaper than that if you do equivalent size comparison. I just havent been doing this long enough to know what a good ice cream deal is.

I think $1.50 on ice cream is a good deal. We used to stock up on Edy's when they had a 5/$10 sale so in my book this is good.

I actually think that may have been my last Meijer transaction without the cashier questioning everylittledetail on everylittlecoupon. It's been ridiculous lately.

Ya, it sure has been VERY ridiculous...getting very frustrated.

GRRR...I bought 8 pasta and the first coupon beeped..She said coupon not on file...looked at it as though she had never seen a Meijer printable before...called manager over...said you can only use one... ...he said to cashier just add them all up and put it in...said to me...next time you can only use one. WTH...all the stores in my area suck.

OK.. wrote to Meijer and asked if you could use more than one... since it states one per purchase.. lol.. also asked if they could be used on sale items.. just to make sure.. am waiting for their answer and will post when I get it.

I had every thing planned. Went to Meijer to get pasta, then across the street to CVS to get Olay and Sure deals, then back across street to Meijer for more pasta and all the frozen deals. So instead of going back to all the hassle, I just went home. Even packed my cooler with ice blocks for the ice cream. It seems the more prepared I try to be the more that things go poopoo. Sorry to vent but this just ruined my whole game plan for the day.
