I went this morning to specifically trigger this Cat, and it didn't work for me! I bought 3 Johnsons and Johnsons baby lotions, 27 ounce size. Used my coupons, and my $5 off. And NO CATALINA!! I was so upset. I thought that the deal must not have started yet, and I was disappointed in all of my planning! So, now what do I do? I bought the right stuff...do I return it, and ask them to please re-do it? How do returns work when you use these one day coupons? Will I get the right amount back? Help Please!

I think the managers can reprint catalinas in some stores. Just take your reciept to the Walg you bought the items from and tell the manager your coupon didn't print. If they can't reprint, they can ring the items that trigger the cat, give you the coupon, then total void the transaction.

i work for for walgreens and it was for the wipes....i bought a bunch today :)
