I think, like Walgreens, it's a slow sale month with vacations & the holiday; the lakes are full, the summer's in full swing. Walgreens has ALWAYS had a slow July rebate & although I wasn't CVS'ing last summer, I just figure it's the same story. At least I hope...lol!
