Never fear, you can do the Pert Plus deal next week for that rebate. It will be bogo at CVS (my store has it for $3.99) and there will be $2.00 Pert Plus coupons in the paper, so get your shampoo/conditioner for free and then send in the rebate. :)

I have the insert in front of me now. It states

"Your original dated store identified receipt with Pert Plus or Sure products circled and the school supplies circled, dated before September 30, 2008"

So it should still work!

I dont see them in the database... and my 6/29 SS only has a MIR.

So, I'm still a bit confused on how BOGO coupons stack with deals. If I have BOGO coupons and use them during the BOGO sale - do I :

A. Place 2 deodorants on the counter, and get both free OR
B. Place 3 deodorants on the counter, pay for one, get two free OR
C. other

Yay, I still have one more Sure deodrant BOGO Q! I was going to use all of them at WAG for July ESR IVC, but I forgot that their IVC ended on 7/26, not 7/31. Using BOGO Q on BOGO sale is kinda YMMV, but I hope my cashier won't give me hard time.

If you KNOW you have coupons & will want a certain number of something, ask your manager early to order some for you for the following week (Friday is too late here).

I talked to mine and asked if she could order me several Lifesavers so their 'normal' order would be available to anyone else. I asked when they would be in so no-one else could grab them up & she offered to keep them in the back for me. [this way, I also got to choose which flavors I wanted to some extent] I'm sure she was just a little worried when I didn't go in right away and there were 8 cases of candy waiting for me - I forgot she is fairly new & wouldn't know that I work 3rd shift.

I put in a request for Pert but I'm not sure about being able to use
2x $2 q's so I kept it pretty reasonable....all she could say is that they will take coupons until the register says no more & I already knew that.
Most managers are more than happy to order extra if you ask; it only adds to their sales & makes the store's bottom line look better.
