Re: Dixie catalina I had the same problem back in June. The CAT did not print for me either. I was fortunate to have a manager who was attempting to be very helpful (but in the end did not get my issue resolved) I saved my plates and my receipt. I went back a day later and got a raincheck for the Dixie plates.
Fast forward to today - I remembered I had the raincheck in my file. I bought some plates and it worked. I received the CAT. I ran out to my car (where those plates I bought in June had been sitting with their receipt) and I politely asked the store manager to take the $3.00 CAT off of the purchase I made in June as the CAT did not print and should have. He smiles graciously back and said "Sure, we can do that for you." Now, I am sure this is one of those things that will vary from store to store and manager to manager but I thought it was worth sharing.
