Rite Aid Sunscreen Deal

i called today about the rebate b/c i purchased two "RA kids sunscreen products" (well... bought one, got one free) and didn't get credit. they made a "purchase adjustment" for me too and said they would be mailing a separate $5 check out this week.
call and complain... seems people are getting them covered.

my MIL tried it and they wouldn't make a purchase adjustment for her, but said they would send it up to corporate and that she should call back in 5 days.

Yes. At least that's what cs told me. She said if you don't actually "pay" for 2 products then you won't get credit for them.

I bought the baby and the regular white spf 30 one. The baby was scanned first and then the other one which came up free. I entered my receipt and it said I did not purchase the number required for that rebate. I had already planned on getting 2 more of the baby product but they were out of them. I did get a rain check and will check back soon to see if they have come in. I think I should be okay as long as I get the baby product to be scanned first and any of the other the other ones last

I bought one qualifying product, and got one free and it DID NOT fulfill the rebate. I plan to go in on Friday and purchase another qualifying item (and get another one free!) to fulfill the requirement. (I purchases the spf 50 Kids continuous spray)

It is my understanding that both purchases do not have to be on the same receipt, just during the same rebate period, right?!?

Yes that is correct. Make sure and use the 2.00 of RA coupons as well.

I had too many problems with this rebate, not to mention that the sunscreen I picked up doesnt protect against UVA & UVB...so I just returned both of them.
