I noticed that the Covergirl Smoothers Foundation will be B1G1. If my stores turns there deals on sometime Sat. can I use my B1G1 Q's too make it free? Or am I figuring this wrong?

Normally yes but some times you will run into a problem with some cashiers saying you can't get both free.

I know early on in the promo I had problems with the B1G1 CG coupons scaning.. always said no item purchased for this coupon. Did anyone find a foundation that worked without problems? I know that my stores would claim it was the b1g1 that CVS is running that prevented it, if I tried.

Also I've found that at CVS B1G1 usually both products ring up 1/2 price instead of 1 full price and 1 free. So you get the B1G1 sale as half price on each product, and then the cashier will take off 1 of those half prices for your B1G1 coupon. So you'd get 2 items for 1/2 the price of one. That's the way it goes at my stores, anyway.

I think you have to buy (2) $50+ gift cards (total $100+) to get the $5 ECB.. not worth it IMO.... plus the pix in the ad are only of $50 & $100 gift cards. =(

At my favorite CVS store the manager, there told me the problem with that coupon is that the upc on the coupon does not match that on the foundation. She said they just put the coupon through becaused they have been assured that they will recieve credit from the CG makers. I hope I am not breking any rules by saying that.
