Re: Pampers Feel n' Learn That's weird. Feel n' learn and easy-ups are listed right along w/ the cruisers and such. Is $11.49 the regular price of a jumbo pack or are the mega packs on sale too and maybe you picked that up instead? I never pay attention to the mega packs b/c the deals are always on the jumbo...
Did you purchase all of your pampers stuff in 1 transaction, or did you split it into 2? B/c there are sometimes issues w/ ECBs not printing when you do 2 transaction back to back that are supposed to add up to the $20 requirement (like if you did $13 in transaction 1 and $7 in transaction 2). Sometimes the computer system has a lag in realizing that you've already done a transaction w/ qualifying items...
If that's your problem (the 2 transaction thing) then you should be able to call 1-800-shop-cvs and they will be able to see that you purchased qualifying items and make your ecbs print for you. I'm not sure but you may be able to get them to credit you for the price ringing up wrong, too. Not sure about that part, though.
If that's not the problem, I don't know what to tell you, other than your store is not handling the return properly. I am pretty sure they are supposed to give you the price of the item back on a CVS money card, even if you paid w/ coupons and ECBs. (if you paid w/ cash/debit/etc. they would just give you cash back, but they aren't supposed to do that when you pay w/ coupons/ecbs). And they definitely are supposed to actually give you the advertised price even if the item rings up wrong. It's not your fault that it rings up wrong. If they refuse to handle your return properly, I would call the CS number and ask them to clarify to the store how they are supposed to handle this situation. It's not like you're trying to be fraudulent and make money off of them (other than the acceptable way of making ECBs LOL).
