Went outside & called CVS & guess what they agreed with me too. She called the manager up & spoke to him & when she got back to me she told me the manger will let me do it. BUT he would only let me use of each coupon. Managers are allowed to limit quantities & he was limiting me to one of each. I said what store limits you to a quantity of one. Three or five but come on a limit of one. They had plenty of both items in stock. Went back inside & the manager said that Extra Care & CVS need to get this straight. No apology or anything about being wrong. Asked him about the limit of one & he told me that the person from CVS told him to limit it to one. I told him that she said it is up to the manager but he still insisted that she told him that. I know this manager doesn't like me as I called CVS before when he would only let me use one printable. I tried to explain to him about the pin numbers being different & the dot-scan but he wouldn't listen. So I called CVS who surprisingly yet again agreed with me. They spoke to him & he came out & curtly told the cashier to let me use them & avoided looking at me. I know he is the manager but it is obvious that he doesn't know a thing about coupons & has probably never used one in his life. So obvious that CVS doesn't train the managers or cashiers. How can you hire a manager who doesn't understand coupons is beyond me. That is a vital area of knowledge in which personnel in CVS stores should be thoroughly trained.

ITA and what is mind boggling is I went to the CVS site to apply one day a few months ago....a billion questions and 20 minutes later...nothing. Oh well, I bet I can figure out the deals though!

I am so sorry you all had such a bum time with your stores. I am lucky in that my nearby CVS is very cooperative and welcoming. I did the deal a total of 14 sets and gave the cashiers each a coupon (4 total). I am glad that my store is as nice as they are and they will be getting a good report to corporate from me. I appreciate my store after hearing your stories.

I got 12 packs of Trident Gum and 1 CVS baby Lotion

$2.94 oop got $5 ECB back
So every thing was free

Ditto on this--I got a total of 12 bottles free and no one gave me a hard time at all. Today I got 20 bags of lifesavers free too. Totally makes me appreciate my store and the cashiers there!

Both of my stores were out of these (big surprise) - but I got rainchecks at both for 10 each so I'll be able to get these later on anyway

I was prepared for a fight...but the cashier didn't bat an eye and took all five coupons with no problems. I got my ECB and she seemed happy to give them to me. I was happy they had the ten packs of gum available. They didn't have any shampoo in stock. Luckily I got four bottles at Walgreens.

where did you put your 7/13 inserts? that's what it was in. same one with the electrosol, if your brain works like miine does.
