Hi, "y'all"--
I haven't posted much lately but periodically reading and posting.
I finished my last semester of my Masters degree in Food & Science/Nutrition online through Kansas State University (KSU). Yeah for me! Got A(s) and glad it is "done and done"!

Today I will be cleaning out and planting in our Winter greenhouses for produce for the Spring. Also, I will be gathering kale and other greens for some hearty veggie soup too.
Younger kids will be finishing up their homeschool projects and older kids will be working on their school work at their school.
Planning on gathering eggs, calling our butcher (USDA) to arrange having some hogs/pigs, chickens, and cattle butchered.
Call Farmers' Co-op and Tractor Supply for feed and hay delivery and other supplies for our farm.
Clean out the hen houses with kids' help.
Laundry and sorting all day for 6 kids, etc.
DH will be home early from his office and hopefully work on one of our tractors with my brother.
Dropping off about 20 bags of clothes and toys kids have outgrown to local shelters.
Shopping at our local fabric, yarn, and quilt shops for some supplies.
Order new Mennonite books for younger kids that I homeschool--our older kids attend our Mennonite church school during the day.
Get ready to drop off tomorrow some meals for some shut-ins from our church and make some easy meals for 6 new mothers who recently had their first babies.
Call my doctor to make a yearly appointment--maybe some good news??
That's all for now!
Have a good day and stay busy!
Foodie (Katie)
