Ugh!!! I hope they are all ok and the trip goes smoothly.

But you did manage to answer a question I'd been wondering about (forgive me as I go COMPLETELY OT). I have an abundance of pecans FIL has given us. Last night I roasted some and just put salt on one batch and cinnamon sugar on the other. But, what I was wondering is if you could do garlic salt on them and if it would be any good. So, you answered my question! Thanks!

I believe that...my pit bull's favorite theft right now is campbell's gravy, if I don't keep the stockroom door closed she will steal a can off the shelf and tear through the can to get to the gravy. I always worry she'll cut herself on the metal but she's stolen 3 cans so far and no ill effects so far. And the vet wonders why she can't lose weight!

Back to your pups, did they make the trip ok without making any messes?

Wow. I never heard of giving a dog peroxide to make them vomit. Intersting.

And I never heard of a dog opening a can of gravy!! What a smart dog - pickin' the gravy over lima beans or beets!! I'd be in big trouble here if my dog was able to open cans - his cans of food are stacked right up next to his crate.

I believe it. There are dogs who can actually smell cancer...unfortunatly I don't see the medical world embracing this practice because it would cut into their money making scheme of things.

Many years ago we had a very adventurous black lab. We had carpet layers bring 70 yds. of carpet so they came in a pretty big truck. Our lab jumped through the window and ate their lunches paper and all . When my husband got home I told him since the dogs dinner had been pretty expensive [I took the guys out for lunch]I should get to go out for dinner.
