What is your weird quirk/ hangup?

I felt like Daily Living needed some attention and was struggling to think of a good chat starter of a question to throw out there that hasn't already been asked a million times....

and then it dawned on me - we all have weird quirks/hangups, etc... but I don't know what most of ya'lls hangups are so that is what this thread is for.....

For more of these there is a thread (somewhere!!) that I think is called "Do you have any quirks?" It may have been combined with another that was very similar.

If I am sitting waiting for an appointment I count the tile squares lol sounds weird but I count tons of things everywhere I go. My husband said it is normal though. Does anyone else do this?
I also check the doors a few times before going to bed. Among other weird things.

Shelley, my grandmother always said that smart people count things. (probably to make all of us crazies feel better because all of her children and their children count things, seemingly to pass the time, but I think we're just nuts hee hee)

Besides counting things when I'm awake, I do math to help me get to sleep....
Does that make me a genius?

I double-check doors too - all the time! And double check to make sure I turned the stove/oven off, the water, the list goes on and on.
