That's so funny because I cant sleep under moving air - can't stand fans blowing while trying to sleep.
I have to have a fan on to sleep - I can't stand to not feel air "moving" around me - even when it's cold - and the white noise also helps me sleep. If I travel I take a small table-top fan along.

I am overly OCD about things but my biggest thing is I cant let my hands feel dirty. My hands have to be clean all the time. I work out in the yard and I spend as much time cleaning my hands as I do, working in the yard

My hubby has to have a fan on too! He can't sleep without a little fan blowing in his face.
I feel like I always say dumb stuff in social stuff!
I cannot eat anything if it has touched another "food item". Such as turkey touches mashed potatoes. I will NOT eat it & can't bring myself to either. I use plastic separated plates LOL. I thought I was the only one until meeting my husband; Thank God we both agree on this & feel the same LOL!
I have to re-check multiple things multiple times like locking the car, locking the front/back door, making sure the doors are shut "ALL" the way, that I turned my lights off, turned the water off, flushed the toilet. Wow, I feel quite OCD now LOL.
Among other things that I'm too tired to think of :P
I'm not OCD (I don't think), but I'm funny like that about my hands as well. What's weird is that I'm even more protective of my feet. I can't stand for my feet to be dirty, not even a little. I never ever ever go barefoot, not even in the house. If I wear open shoes like Crocs, I need to wear socks with them lest some dirt get on my feet. I have been extremely protective of my feet like that my whole adult life. My husband met me when I was 20, and one of his earliest memories of me is bleaching my feet regularly. I no longer bleach them. I just don't let them get dirty at all. Going barefoot would feel to me just about like digging barehanded in a dirty cat box. Shudder. I am the Imelda Marcos of slippers and socks. I don't sleep in socks, though. That's just weird!
I'm another fan sleeper, but it's because I need the noise. I can't sleep in stony silence. I also can't sleep in pitch black darkness which means I have enough of those little automatic night lights to land small aircraft in my house.

I sleep with the fan on me too. I just can't stand to get warm and toasty like I do when I sleep without the fan on me
