Happy Monday!!

I feel pretty good about how the day looks, right now.
Hopefully things run smoothly

Get kids up, dressed, fed and off to school.
hand out BTFE rewards while I am there at the school.
Hyvee for breakfast sausage
Walgreens for water
church building to pick up dish from potluck
Kroger for this and that
post office to send off RAOK package

back home to:
sign cards for teachers, et al
sugar cookies (make dough, chill, roll out, cut out and bake)
wait for call from AT&T repairman due "anywhere from 8 a.m. through 8 p.m."
dinner
finalize treat bags for Tuesday
call Mom
Call Easter Seals
laundry
dishes
trash to curb

Couldn't stay asleep for whatever reason...probably my excitement that Mom will be here in 2 days.

OB appt and DD's Ped appt that I had to reschedule
Home to put kids down for nap and sew on the house more

I've been up for 2 hours.
Checked the weather and traffic on the local news.
I got everyone up, fed, and out the door. Sheets are washed and in the dryer.
Put up the Christmas tree! Seriously! It's a 3 foot table-top tree. I put it up, decorated it, hung the stockings, and put the lighted garland over the fireplace. I'm done!! LOL! We have a relatively small house, and I like to keep the decorations from overwhelming the place.

Now that that's done, I'm going to grab a shower, eat a quick bowl of cereal, and head out to the stores to finish my Santa Box shopping.

Then, it's home to write grocery lists, run the vac, sweep the hardwood floors, dust, clean the bathroom, put the sheets back on, think of something for dinner, write a letter to my sister, catch up on the "chatty" PMs....and then it should be time for everyone to come home from school and work!

Besides that tree...just a normal day!

Changed my mind, I'll be suppressing anger for the rest of the day, I suppose. I was awake when I was supposed to be and then was informed when it was entirely too late to lay back down that the morning schedule had changed. Oh my, Melli isn't feeling so nice today. (messing with my sleep is kind of a really fast way to turn me all green and smashy)

Braving the mall LOL.. have a few gifts that I have been procrastinating and time is running out! Have a few things to do around the house first (wash bkfast dishes, sweep and throw a load of clothes in the wash.)

Naps went out the window because neither child is cooperating. Guess I will be sewing tonight after they go to bed.
