*New iPhone question-need help if you have one*

Yes, I have it set up to my paypal account. So it just uses the debit card # that draws from that account. Go online and set it up, dont use the phone. Its alot easier to do it online.

NO YOU DON'T need a credit card or paypal. you can use Itunes. So you can get a itunes card. that is what i did to my DD 11 yo. If i had put my credit card in we would be living out of the car. she went through $10.00 in like 3 minutes. so then she has to live with the free apps and games until her birthday. i did notice after that it takes her a few days to use up all her itunes $$$.

the only Issue i have is if i put my finger in one sopt on the phone it will cut the call.

The newly modified iPhone 4 is much better than the first version, where calls cut out if you put your finger in one particular spot.

Sorry to hijack your thread Lori, but I just got DD an iphone 3 for Christmas yesterday and I was wondering if someone could tell me if this one does this where it cuts the call, and if so what is the "spot" that does it? TIA

I swore I wouldn't get her a phone yet, and certainly not a smartphone, but the non-smartphones were junk and they had the iphone 3 for 99 cents

Lori, I am hooking my sons account up to the itunes gift cards we are giving him, but as a backup I am hooking it to my pp account. I am limiting him on the downloads and will be monitoring his data usage online. I dont want any surprises with the bill.
