it feels like a Monday.

Today I have to:

Get all the meat picked off the turkey from last night and get the carcass in the crockpot for stock.
Try and sew some pillowcase style bags for the board games for DS for Christmas....but he is so observant I'm not sure I can sew them with him awake.
Motivate myself to start measuring/cutting/sewing the playhouse for DD....only 20 days till Christmas.

Oh and fold diapers and wash a load of clothes.

I set my washer to start a load of clothes when I woke up, so that's going now, one more load after that. I put my sewing machines away last night because I got tired of looking at the table being a mess, so maybe tonight or tomorrow I will pull them back out and do more Christmas sewing.

Otherwise, I just have a few dishes to do, I should vacuum today and scrub floors and then really nothing exciting after that. Oh I have to fill stockings for St. Nick tonight for my brother and DH, so that's kind of fun :)

I feel like doing nothing & haven't done anything since getting the kids off to school & shooing dh out the door for work LOL! guess i'll go do the dishes and clean the dining room. Need to get it in order for the family Christmas party on Sunday.

Laundry and cleaning!! Monday is usually one of my errand-running days. But it's raining here, and it isn't supposed to stop all day. So, I wrote my to-do list, and I'm trying my best to tackle it. Tomorrow, I'll be babysitting my granddaughter, so no errand-running then either. Guess I won't hit any more stores until Wed morning.

Bought Mulan for DD off Toys R Us. I had just decided that hunting it down would not happen and I would just get her Ariel for Christmas THEN I get on Toys R Us and they finally have the doll listed again online. $19.99 + shipping, but she will get the doll we wanted to get her. I wish they would have had it Black Friday but they didn't by the time we got in the door. It's ok, the price isn't so bad since even on ebay people want $50 for it.

Still flinging yarn and crafting, but I've got to try to find the time to stand in line at the post office to start sending some of this stuff out. After today, I won't have another business day off until after Christmas. I have about 836392 packages to send out. People on my Ho Ho Ho list-- you know who you are-- I haven't forgotten!
