How to make a dress??

I need this dress:

Plus Size Cowl Neck Sweater Dress | Plus Size Casual Dresses | One Stop Plus

I don't know if it's something that a dress maker can make or what.... I can only find it online and every site that has it - lists it as a plus size dress. I am very thin so I need a non-plus size version. How is it possible that they dont have regular sizes of an item?

I will hire someone to make it if need be...but I am not even sure someone can replicate it.

I took the Medium size to mean it wasn't a standard medium but rather a Plus size medium since it says it is a plus size dress.... do yall think the Medium is a regular medium? Never thought about that....

Ha, I've been wearing fat lady clothes for a while, and I've never seen an Extra Medium.

Their Medium is pretty big. My daughter is 5'5" weighs 220 and wears their medium. So not good for a thin person.

Not sure a dressmaker could make a sweater dress. You might have to find a knitter.

Old Navy has one very similar to this, with the exception of a trimmer sleeve, and possibly no belt - I saw it yesterday on the Clearance Rack for $19.99, with the stuff and save coupon, and the Deal buster 3000 coupon (love that coupon name, don't you?) it would be $13.50. I didn't buy that particular one, though as I have a Calvin Klein one that I got at Boston Store (Carson Prarie, BonTon, ElderBeerman, depending on your region) for around $25 - the difference with that one is it is a bit shorter, has short sleeves, and no belt, but still a very pretty cowl-neck sweater dress (both the ones I am referring to came in gray, as well as other colors)
