First time I ever saw this and was surprised

There has been talk for years that a .99 coupon does not exist. Well I finally saw one for the first time. It is a .99 coupon for Dulcolax of all things in the All You magazine. I wonder what is up with that? It would be great if they start making .99 coupons because when Kmart does doubles they double up to .99 and some people have stores that do also. I just thought this was neat and wanted to ask if anyone else ever saw one of these before?

I just hope if it becomes the new trend that the stores don't change it not double more than .98. That would not be fun. I was also shocked to read in the All You magazine that it said some things the Extreme couponers are doing is wrong. I almost talked back to the magazine and said "you think"

I want .49 coupons. Millions of them! Why would a grocery store say they'll double up to .49? It would serve them right if every manufacturer on earth start printing .49 & .99 coupons.

No, I've never seen a .99 before. Publix moved into our market a few years ago and only double up to .50. You know, almost every coupon out there now is .55. Thankfully, Bi-Lo doubles up to .60. Still, their double policies need to keep pace with the rise in grocery prices and the rise in coupon values. I remember waaaaaay back when the limit was .50 and most coupons were for less than that. O.K. I'm old, but, I remember .02 Proctor and Gamble coupons when I was a child. They were on a punch card for the old, old computers.
