Unemployment is all I know it by. You can get it if you get laid off from a job or your hours get cut to so you make under the amount you can draw each week, and sometimes if you get fired. How much can get is based on how much you have worked in the past 6 months and I think you can get it for 6 months unless you are only getting a partical payment each week then you can draw it longer.

Now you have to pay taxes on it as if it was a work check so I would have taxes took out of it if I was going to be getting it for I dont want to pay in at the end of the year. You will get something in the mail asking if you want taxes with held or not.
