Who steals someone's mail!!!!

I never get that Q . I was waiting on my free from Target and it came today with all the samples in it. Man if people just knew what we got are mail boxes would be empty all the time

a mail box that locks? how/where do you put mail for the postman to pick up? or does he also have a key?

Ours is kind of a smaller version of the USPS drop boxes. Pull open the door at the top and drop in the mail, and when you close the door, the mail falls to the bottom. The key opens a door at the bottom for retrieval. The postal carrier doesn't need to unlock it.
