I think it should be fine. I have refrozen spaghetti sauce before.
I made a large batch of spaghetti sauce and a separate pot with meatballs for my son's wedding next week. Due to illness/surgeries there won't be as many people as originally thought. My question is if I have much sauce left, can it be refrozen?

Raising children(especially teens) is like being pecked to death by a chicken
In my defense, I will only bid human beings in the auction forum if it's a MM.
Oh yes, you can freeze it.

It freezes very well.
Bummer about the guests that will be MIA katieyj. I know you've been working on this a long time. I hope it goes well.

I always freeze spaghetti sauce and IMO, its one of those foods that taste better the 2nd time around:-). We are a home of two and WHO can make a small amount of spaghetti sauce?????LOL

Thank you Renee. I'm sad that it's his grandparents that won't be there, total of 3 people. One Gmom is having knee surgery the 24th. The dr found a mass on his GMom's back. They have been doing tests and this doesn't look good. Neither of my boys are aware yet, and they are both very close to her. This will be very upsetting for him not to have her there.
I'm not sure I was clear, I made the sauce and meatballs a few weeks ago and froze it, like PP said it is best the 2nd time around. If there are alot of leftovers I wanted to see if I could re-freeze it after heating it up.
