Good luck with that! My first thoughts would be retail. What are you qualified to do that would justify that wage?
saturdays and sundays only, (maybe fri eve).
I figure 24 hours every weekend. Okay, heres the catch, I really dont want to do retail and I wont take less than 11 an hour or it wont be worth it.
Ive combed through classifieds and their are a few options but everything seems to be retail and I know the pay will be min.
Any suggestions? Ideas?

The only thing I can think of but it may not work like this is UPS. But it will require you to regularly lift 40 lbs or more, and you may not get paid $11 and hour.

Try a hotel! Seriously! I've worked in the hotel industry for almost two years, and it's not too bad. A lot of them hire you to work a rotating schedule, but some (like mine) want someone specifically to work just on the weekends.

Just read your wage requirements. Honestly... that's near impossible. I have exp. in the customer service industry, hotel industry, working in various animal related settings, have an associates, and am almost finished with m BA with two very difficult/sought after majors... and I can't draw $11 an hour. The economy just isn't as good as it used to be to make that possible.

Babysit for parents who work on the weekends....you won't get $11 an hour though. You would be in high demand, since weekend childcare is nearly impossible to find.
Maybe you could look up the wedding consultants/event coordinators in your area and see if they need an assistant...or a catering company, as the holidays are coming up.
You could wait tables, and maybe with tips you could make that much.

sell on amazon fulfillment, you send the box of goods to them, they ship, pack for you and they transfer to your checking account. so basically- buy what's hot/discontinued and resell.
I'm not sure what you have in mind but if you do not want retail then maybe a waitress? There may be something you can find with the hours you want because of people eating out over the weekend. I have never done it but I would guess you may make $11 if you have several tables and are good. Just a thought.

Waitressing will require her to work shifts she doesn't want - during the middle of the week. They won't bring a new person in and give them a coveted shift like the weekend when all the tips are made... it's just not likely to happen - those shifts go to the people who pull alot of the undesirable shifts and to people who have worked there for years. And you wouldn't get anywhere near $11 an hour waitressing.
I have to say, I agree with this. In this economy, it is the employers market... they have the pick of the litter... and any job that pays $11 an hour is going to be a pretty nice job that will also be 40 hours a week and come with benefits....
Retail seems like the best fit to fulfill your other requirements but it too won't pay $11 an hour.
I have hired receptionists at $9 an hour and had people who had made over $40,000 a year with Masters degrees, applying for the position.... it is just a testament to the nature of the economy right now.
