Were your 20's or 30's better?

Will soon be turning the big 3-0! Usually I am super excited about birthdays but of course, I never accomplished one of my major goals that I had planned to accomplish by 30 so odds of that happening in a matter of days is not likely.... Also, the feeling that youth has faded.... knowing I will never be 20-something again.....

So I am posing this question to you all....

Were your 20's or 30's better time in your life or the same? What's better/ what's worse in your opinions?

I have to laugh because as I just read my own post, I know some of my buddies on here are going to read this and instantly know it's one of "Dog's" posts before they even see the name :)

Shoot, I enjoyed the 20's, 30's, 40's and turning 50 several years ago was great too!

I admit I had that same feeling: I will not be 20 something again when I hit the BIG 3-0 too! LOL it has been great being 30 Although before I was 20 I lived in 3 different states after getting out of school so before I even had my first child I felt like I had really done a lot. Which is good because I have 3 kids and another on the way and I don't really see my self doing much for a really long time. I really enjoy spending time with the kids and my Dh even if it is at home :) Although the first 7 years of my 20's I just had the 1 oldest boy so it really wasn't to hard to find a sitter for just 1 but know lol finding a sitter for 3 is like pulling teeth.

Well I'm only half way through my 30's and they are much better than the 20's I say. I have just as much fun now as I did then. My girls are getting older and my career is going well so with that said I'm going to say my 30's are rocken

I feel like I am already seeing the effects of "aging" showing up on my face and for me, that is as depressing as the number itself.

Well...I just turned 31. I have to say that so far my 20's were better. My kids were little and it was just a fun time. My kids are growing up way too fast on me so I guess that is why I enjoyed my 20's more...since I knew I still had plenty of time with them if that makes sense!!!

Im kind of split here.. Right now I am 28....Im kind of looking forward to being in my thirties. My kids will be a little older and I will be able to have a little more freedom. I love my kids and are around them each and every day and almost every minute of our lives. Though I don't want to look older, I will enjoy the kids being able to do more and me as well. So I guess you have to sacrifice certain things. Going from my twenties to my thirties I will be swapping the looks for the freedom i guess.
