...that I saw the cutest thing the other day. Just remembered about it.

Went running on the mall with DH and saw this couple on the cutest date. He had bought 2 pumpkins, a carving set, and a bottle of wine and set up a small folding table at one of the park benches to carve on. She looked like she was having such a good time, and I thought it was such a cute and creative date he had thought of.

Anyway...just thought I'd share that. So, I guess if any of you have a son who needs to impress a girl...that's a good suggestion It would have worked on me back in the day.

Love it. When my husband and I were dating we did similar things like that. After 21 happy years of marriage we still do romantic, cute dates sometimes. That is what keeps the love alive is to be a kid with your spouse:)

d'Awwww! Recalls to my mind a cute date my DH planned for us. Sheet of plastic on his driveway, pumpkins for myself and each of the kids, and a pot of hot apple cider. Stuff like that just melts me.
