Just whisper your wish :D I don't think that's really true about them not coming true. I think that if you remind yourself of your wishes often, you keep yourself moving toward them coming true :)

I'm usually such a realist I don't let myself do fun things like this but I'm game this time.

I wish, wish, wish for the drought-stricken areas of the US to get RAIN! Of course I feel horrible for all the people with losses but I also think of the animals that have managed to stay alive - their watering holes dried up and many of their habitats burned.

And I wish for everyone else to get their wishes - getting greedy here, lol.

With my whole heart, I wish my eldest (19) would accept the help that is being offered so that she may make positive changes in her life, things like being able to hold a job for more than 1 month, being able to succeed in college, being able to live without arguing that the sky is polka dotted. Just little things like that..........

I just keep wishing and trying to educate her...... and praying as well

Doglover : Isn't it lucky we aren't saying them out loud, but only printing them? This way, we get none of the disadvantage, and the all the advantage of all the others in this thread giving our good wishes an extra push with their good wishes for us!


I wish for both of my DD's to have their hard work this year rewarded with good grades, and for my younger DD to find success in searching for scholarships to help her with her college next year. Even a small scholarship would help a great deal!
