My dumb thing.... wearing my sunglasses on top of my head - leaning over to flush a toilet - and down go the sunglasses with the flush... Now this wouldn't be dumb the first time it happens - lesson learned....but nope, not I, I still push the glasses on top of the head, still go to the restroom with them there.... have flushed many a sunglasses down a toilet -

Sidenote: They don't get stuck in the pipeline which is surprising....

I am sure there are some sewer rats around that are trotting in style with some nice shades.

That's a little cheaper than having a cell phone in a pocket... not saying that ever happened to me...

Last night I had finished cooking and was cleaning up. I put a pot in the sink and turned on the water so I could let it soak then turned around to put something in the fridge. About an hour later I went back into the kitchen and heard a noise. I HAD LEFT THE WATER RUNNING THAT WHOLE TIME! Ugh. I always try to conserve water – wasting it is a pet peeve – but there went a whole month’s of efforts right down the sink.
