So so sorry to hear this. Prayers with you.

If the money gets to be too much you can see about going to the DHS office (place where you apply for food stamps) mine has something called a spend down. Once your bills get to be big, bring them in and they will put you on a medicaid spend down-if you qualify. It pays anything not yet paid for the past month or 2 and I think for the next couple of months.

I am so sorry and am sending {hugs}. In six months, our family lost two relatives and a long-time friend all from cancer, so it "C" sucks big time.

It is also frustrating that, in addition to watching a relative get sicker, medical bills pile up! Not fair at all--no one asks for cancer, that's for sure.

Sorry to hear this. I agree, C sucks. Lost both my Dad and my FIL to it, among others. When is a cure ever going to come?

My mom had her port put in this morning for her chemo treatments. It went well. Now for 42 hours straight, they will be pumping medicine into her body because hers is so bad, then it is every two weeks. I hope she can tolerate this. I am so scared. I just feel so helpless!!!!
