life just got sucky-er

My daughter's going in for an eye surgery again in a couple day and there's no forsure it will help.no wanting to go thru with this.And today my 16 yr old niece got transported to childrens hospital for possible lung cancer.

She was born with both them diffrent directions shes had two surgerys so far to correct them one eye it did work for.but her other keeps loosening (i guess) in one way or the other or up or down.they say shes a hard case cause her brain has to make the eye want to stay strait.she developmentaly delayed becauase of them her visions 20/400 with out glasses

Good grief, that's quite a load. Sorry about your worries. I'll be hoping for positive results for both of these girls.

Sorry to hear that! My brother had that surgery. I guess you could say it sort of worked. But now he is near sighted in one eye and far sighted in the other. But when he gets tired his one eye flips up. Most of the time though his eyes look normal.

You and your family are in my prayers. Hope the surgery is a success for your daughter's eye. 16 year old with lung cancer... geez, how is that even possible? I always think of lung cancer as affecting someone who is much older and a smoker not a teenager.
