Son's upcoming wedding

I think I have most of this figured out now (hopefully). We'll start with some garlic shrimp and an antipasta salad. We'll be having meat and alfredo sauces, with sides of meatballs and grilled Italian sausage. Maybe some broccoli and sliced tomato and mozzerella cheese. Dessert will be the wedding cake, of course. They want yellow cake with connoli filling and fudge icing.

Now if I could just get them to give me a time the ceremony will take place

My plan though is to make the sauce, meatballs sausages, the weekend before and freeze them, that way I won't have to worry about making all that the day of the wedding.

Now on to plates, since I only have service for 8 and there will be about 12 to 15 people.
