I also get the Amazon cards. I have gotten a bunch, but just recently I started saving them in my amazon account for Christmas shopping. I have $65 so far. I try not to spend them now.

I was wondering this too... I realize its easier to get the amazon gc but i just don't Know if i'd use them... I think if I save for the paypal, they can sit in my account and I see them more as actual cash! I'm working very hard to be able to get something really nice for my dh for christmas this year... he has been working his butt off!

Have you checked to see if what you want is available on Amazon? If it is, the Amazon gcs make more sense. Last year I was saving for a trip to Disney, so I would get the pp because an Amazon gc does not help pay for plane tickets or a hotel.

Just an FYI...Amazon has some amazing deals on Black Friday. You could pick up something really nice for your DH then. They also have Gold Box deals daily, were they discount items even more. Plus you get to shop online and if it's Amazon Prime you get any order over $25.00 shipped FREE, right to your door My favorite is that I don't have to fight the crowds at the store and hope that the thing I want to get is still there and not sold out.

I get the amazon $5 gc as soon as I have the points. There were a few months that I had my 5 cards and still had plenty of points left, so I ordered the $10 cv egiftcertificate. Why don't you get one and trade it to someone for paypal?
