I donated all my baby stuff and now I have found out I am pregnant * Oh wow!*

So I have 3 boys 12, 5, and 2. Last year In May I was expecting a baby and MC in June/ July. I had a nice stock pile of diapers and all my kids out growns. I made a few diaper cakes as gifts and sold some of the diapers. I held onto everything for a long time and it was to hurtful to keep. I decised to just donate all my kids stuff. I think mentally Dh and I decided we were good with our boys. We are greatful they are healthy and it took me a while to get over my MC. I had never had one and it hurt so bad to think I would ever have to go through one again. I had my female visit in May this year and my lady Dr asked if were were planning on any more I said no, but if it happened it happended. I choose no birth control, I have never taken birth control it messes with mother nature to much so I choose not to. So as my Dh came home to offically start his vacation. I was still bummed that I had not started my monthly deal, for the simple fact that I didin't want to deal with that all the while he was on vacation he can't ever pick his vacation but it is what it is. So I figured I should have started and been done with it before his vacations started, so that next morning I told him I had to go to the store. I went to the Family Dollar and bought a preg test and came home with it tucked in my shirt and started to head to the bathroom. He must have noticed I was up to something.... He was comming in behind me. Just as I was reading the directions... lol He opened the door said what are you doing.. I felt like a teenager caught smoking...lol I was like well ummm I should have started by now... that's what he said he thought. I said well are you gonna stand there and watch me pee on it. He said no I was like well good. But I did have the first pee collected in a cup because alot of time tests say to use the first collection for tests so I saved it So I dipped the test strip and we both stood there as the postive result appeared. I could feel the tears comming in my eyes. I think it was just over whelming *I knew I was* but sort of in shock. It was just a couple of weeks prior I had got rid of everything. It was just sitting around taking up space. We kind of laughed and talked it was a good time. I said I am sure this is how you planned to start your vacation ....huh! ...lol He was like well not really but it is what it is. So we are really happy, I have yet to tell anyone in the family, simply because of last years expereince, it was somthing I don't want to go through again. People don't know what to say.. sometimes I think nothing at all is best, I know they cared enough to express their sadness but the constant reminder to me just hurt so much to constantly be reminded of such a hurtful event. I m still working on finishing potty training my youngest we have gone through the entire stock pile of pull ups I had for him. I find spending the day out side in the swimming trucnks is the best sucess for potty training because he hates peeing down his leg. So I guess I just really needed to vent a little and express my news to my exteneded family here on the web. We are pretty happy but sometimes it is hard to keep such excitment contained for so long I am not good at keeping things from my family. I just wonder how long I should keep the news to our selves, with any luck this one might be a girl and I could get help from the family as I have nothing to start with. However I still have our crib I actually need to take the ad off craigs list I totally forgot about that until now, I am glad no one inquired about that. I have always wanted a girl I so love the name Danica it will fit in perfectly with all my other D babies But we will take what god gives us, please keep us in your thoughts and prayers if you pray, thanks for reading my lovely news.

You will def be in my thoughts and prayers! I would prob wait until at least 15 weeks. I would say that is pretty safe! The first 13 weeks seem to be the hardest to get through.

Wow! LOL, that's what happens to a lot of I think. We get rid of everything and then we pop up pregnant! That's what happened to me when right after my first, sold everything and then a month later, BAM! I'm pregnant! LOL

Now with three, we are 99% sure we're done, but the baby is still young at 11 months to really say we are done, so I'm keeping it all until we are 100% sure. ;)

So far so good! I am almost 10 weeks!

I have came to the conclussion coffee makes me sick! I have never had morning sickness 3 prior pregnancies but this one is not allowing me to have the urge to drink coffee. I can't even stand the smell of it brewing makes me want to gag!

I still have not let the cat out of the bag so it is interesting when my mom comes over for a visit and asks me to put the coffee on I do but then she has offered to re fill my mug... LOL I have been using a travel mug while she visits and filling it with water so as far as she knows I am having coffee with her. If I wasn't she'd be sure to ask why and I perfer not to lie to my mom but I still don't feel ready to let the news out. My youngest one loves to pounce and jump on me and it makes me terribly nervouse his elbows and knees are brutal! I tell him he has to becareful there is a baby in my belly button.. lol I figure he is so little maybe telling him this he will learn to be careful not to hurt the baby..

The funny thing is my mom is on a feeding tube from a prior gastric bypass surgurey she still is not keeping her food down so they keep her on a feeding tube. My youngest son will be 3 in Oct and he always has to check out my moms feeding tube asks her how her boo boo is.. Then a week or so ago he asked grandma if there's a baby in her belly button. I walked to the kitchen because I could feel my face turning really red and she knows something is up when I blush. She just brushed it off as no big thing lol thank goodness for that. I think when we are ready I might let the Ds littlest one tell her. My oldest and middle have already been the messagner about our baby news in the past so I think it will be fun to let him tell grandma when we are ready.

Awww CouponQueen, congrats to you. I know you're filled with a million different emotions right now. I'm betting your mom will guess pretty quickly though, LOL. That's moms for you.

If you do have a girl you will really have to try hard not to spoil her!!! Every family I've ever known that had 2-3 kids of the same sex, then one of the opposite spoiled that last one rotten!!

Hope everything goes well for you. Sometimes friends like to give a shower to someone in your situation - where they have gotten rid of all their things - so maybe some of yours will step up for you.
