Because Kellogg's allegedly made false claims that their Rice Krispies and Cocoa Krisipies support immune system health(or at least claims they had no data to support), they had a class action suit filed against them and they have agreed to a settlement. The settlement still has to be approved which won't happen until August. If you purchased Rice Krispies or Cocoa Krispies between 6/1/2009 and 3/1/2010, you may be eligible for up to $15 in refund ($5 a box up to 3 boxes). Any money not claimed will be donated to one or more charities.
You can get the form for sumbission online or via the mail here.
