I was so excited to tell you that I found someone else who makes kraut and when I looked over to see who it was, I figured you already knew lol!!!!!

My grandmother is the queen of disgusting food...

1- Meatloaf... her version was to take any leftover meats, veggies or salad, bread-like stuff, pasta, etc, from the refrigerator, mix it all with ground beef, cook it and call it meatloaf. It was so bad that even my sister can't eat meatloaf to this day and it's been over 10 years since the day she had it.

2- Salmon patties- that was her name for them, but they were really deep fried salmon balls. Made the house smell awful and it took me a long time before I could even eat salmon again.

3- "Fried potatoes"- but they weren't really fried potatoes, she would half way mash them and then fry them a little, so what ended up on your plate was random chunks of half-cooked potato.
