Prayer Request Chain

Ok I am not trying to ofend anyone here, start arguments, or go against any rules here at HCW(If I am please delete this.) MODS: if this needs to be moved somewhere else please do so or if this is not allowed please delete...thanks!

I decided to start a prayer chain thread. Basically, all you do is post who or what you want us to pray for...this can be anything from cancer to just having your kids behave for the day. Anything really.


So here is my thing I need you all to keep in your prayers:

My daughter (2) is having an ABR(auditory brainstem response) it measures how well sounds to carried to her brain and how well she responds to it. It's somewhat painful and it super loud so she has to be sedated for it. Just please pray that she passes this and everything goes ok with her doing the sedation.(This is her first time ever being sedated so I am not too sure how she is going to take to it all.

Jessica am in continuous prayer for her. She is in God's hands and the Dr. will be able to help her. I pray for your strength to be able to go through having this done for her. You are an awesome Mom:)

I need prayer requests for alot of things. Health is one of them, we have been getting sick every week for several months now. There are other things that I need prayer for but it is very personal but if you write me I will tell you. I don't want it broadcasted on the open board.

Please pray for my mom. She has to have a tumor/cyst removed off of her bone right above her toenail.

Please pray for any people affected by the outbreak of tornadoes in the Southern states... There are so many folks homeless tonight or grieving a lost loved one who has either passed or is missing from the terrible storm. Please remember to be grateful for the roof over your head tonight and keep those families in your prayers.


I have family in Northwest Georgia, in Ringgold, to be exact. They were the hardest hit city in Georgia. My grandparents live less than a 1/4 mile from the worst damage. I don't know how they got lucky, but they not only lived through the storm, but had very minimal damage to their home. I am so thankful to the Lord for keeping close watch over them. They are in their 80s, and if the tornado had hit just a little closer than it had then I don't think they would be alive today. We lived next door to them until this past summer when my husband's job forced us to move. I am so glad they are okay!

Please keep those in & around Memphis, who are affected by the current flooding, in your prayers. Lots of homes & jobs lost.

I'd appreciate you guys saying a quick prayer for me and my family. Too many little things to list them all, but a few examples are: our septic keeps backing up into the house (we've had to pay a plumber come out 3 times in the past month), I just had a root canal and my teeth & gums are still bothering me pretty bad, I am having other health issues that are discouraging, my younger DD had several digestive issues that have been resolved but left her lactose intolerant & this is preventing her from putting on the amount of weight that she should be gaining (she's dropped down to the 5th percentile in weight, but is 50th for height), we really could use the money from selling our car- we need a buyer. Like I said, in the grand scheme of things- it is all small stuff, but still stressful when stacked up together.
