Velveeta -- storing it

I have stored it on the shelf at home and when I'm ready to use it I open it then store it in the fridge.... keeps it extra soft when not in the fridge. lol

I do the exact same thing!

It's on the shelf and refrigerated at my store. I only buy the refridgerated ones and always refridgerate them at home. It seriously wireds me out to have cheese on the shelf. Even though i know that Velveeta isn't anywhere close to actual cheese
