Hubby called me all upset because he went to the base pharmacy to fill the prescriptions he just received for his brochial infection. Wouldn't you know it, they were closed for a "training day". I know how common the closings are here because I hear the whole recording when leaving my refill requests, but this is news to him. Is this common practice throughout the service branches?
