My goodness, she could have ASKED! Nice of you not to make a fuss - maybe her hubby really did just get out of the hospital but bad manners won't help.

Pharmacist asked if I was first I said yes, but not to worry, 5 extra minutes wouldn't kill me, Karma will catch up with her, may not be today but eventually.

20 mins later I come back to pick up my script, asked the clerk, "did she (the other lady) get her script ok?"

Pharmacist says "Not yet, I haven't started working on it yet"

As much as I believe in Karma, I definitely don't celebrate when the bad Karma happens.

That's what I told the clerk, if she'd have asked I would have gladly let her go ahead of me; I'm known in that store for doing that all the time anyway. It was just the fact she didn't even look my way. AND she wasn't even sure if she was having the script filled there or walmart since she needed to know the price first.

If it had been said that way at first I wouldn't have thought so. However, when someone uses words like "demented" and "sick" when they refer to others it is definitely rude and I for one don't appreciate it. I'm not a "monster" either and I doubt anyone else who has replied in this thread is.

I'm saying i'm surprised the brownie patrol hasn't come in here and said something yet.

I'm saying, with some of the thread around here, (like the one i posted about that poor little girl) i got messages saying i was "messed up in the head" because i posted such a link to a story....

I would never wish cancer upon anyone, but i do agree with ya something came back and bit him in the ass.

I have a story of good karma.

I was working for a non-profit that was linked to our local government. We were having our first huge black-tie fundraiser and I had a ton of stuff to sort out. A lady from another department sat down and helped me sort and reconcile everything. After we were done she purchase a $20 raffle ticket from me - the grand prize being 2 airline tickets and use of a house for a week on a private island in the Carribean. I threw her ticket in the box with the others and took them to the event and turned everything over to the committee. Imagine my surprise at the end of the exhausting evening when I heard her name drawn to win the grand prize. We did not even know each other that well at the time - she just felt bad for me because I had tons dumped on me at the last minute and was trying to do everything perfectly.

Nice story!! It's always great when you hear something good happening to those who do good. It'd be great to hear more like this one.

Alot of times I have given traders coupons that I really, really want like frees sometimes and very hot coupons. Well sometimes in the mail the same day or the next someone sends me the exact same coupons that I really needed. I also am going through a hard time right now because I lost my job. Well it has always been hard, it just got a lot harder. Since I have given alot in my trades people remember that and are helping me out too. So it pays to be a nice person. I love this site and all the wonderful people on here.
    Please pray for my family.
Please keep Elizabeth in your prayers. She lost her Father on 2/19/2012.

Karma means that you get back what you put into this world. If you put out negativity you get negativity and if you put out positive you get back positive. You can call it Karma or God or whatever but I firmly believe in concept of Karma. When I have done good, it always comes back and when I have messed up it too comes back to bite me in the butt.

I do wonder if LOL'ing at someones bad Karma is good or bad Karma...something to think about. (I think that was what Manders was saying, but she has a way with words sometimes that come off as harsher than she meant to)

BTW this is not HUTC...so lets not take the thread into that direction....
