    QUESTION guava cheese puffs

    i tasted these few weeks ago and loved them. When i searched on youtube, i found very easy receipes. My question is do u guys replace creamcheese with anythingelse like sour cream etc when using for pastry?
    (i never get any creamcheese qs and frankly, i find cream cheese expensive )
