Ok, I have bought that ham before - It is precooked, so basically you are just reheating it. I wrapped it tightly in foil and baked it at a low temp (maybe 250-300 deg), I think 10 min per pound. Check temp. with meat thermometer so you dont overcook it.
Last 20 min or so, you uncover and add the glaze. For the glaze, I think I added about 2 tbsp water and cooked at med/low heat on the cooktop until it was dissolved and thickened. Then just brush over the ham and bake a few minutes.
I wish I could remember more specifics. I would google "baking instructions for precooked spiral ham" if it was me!
