HELP Help - freezer is on the fritz!

I found everything in the fridge freezer (side by side) thawing this morning. The door doesn't seem to have been left open, so I've probably got something wrong with it. I have a deep freezer, but it's pretty full. What can I safely move there?

Contents:
Butter tubs/sticks
American cheese slices
Smoky links
Bags of veggies
Michaelina's
Cookie dough
Juice concentrates
Fish sticks
Chicken nuggets
Superpretzels
Hot dogs

And the heartbreaker - several containers of ice cream that definitely need to go! LOL!

Well I feel for ya, same thing happened to me two Saturdays ago, luckily my hubby eats ice cream every day and said it was really soft and we realized the compressor went out (a side by side too) so this was after hitting the Kroger Mega sale 4 times that week. My brother who never has anything in his freezer or fridge took half my stuff and the rest we put in coolers in the garage till we got it fixed. It was never above 15 degrees for those days anyway so I only lost some ice cream and some hot dogs. I was soooo glad I did not lose all my hamburg I had just bought a bunch from Meijer. I also bought about 40 chunks of cheese, that I took to my brothers.
I did freeze all my butter & cookie dough. The cheese slices will get yucky if frozen. Most you should be able to freeze all other than the cheese.

I do to, it's just that these needed to be REfrozen.

Next question, this time on fridge stuff. It has now been repaired and the internal temp got to 56. Would you cook up or toss the ground beef and chicken that were in there?
