I'M HEADING BACK TO THE FRICKEN doctor's with my DD--please pray! I'm so BEYOND worried. *updated OP*

I called the doctor Friday, told them instead of getting better she was getting worse. They told me to bring her in to check for a potential bladder infection between and I hit the roof. I hung up, called down to devos ped urologist and set my own apt without a referral. I stressed the importance........earliest apt was March 29th. I asked to be on a call list for cancellations.
DD is now puking again, can't pee. I called my mom BAWLING hysterically. I told her I need her support to make these effing doctor DO SOMETHING to help my DD. She is driving an hour and 45 minutes to my house right now. Then we heading to the next town over to her doctors. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAY PRAYERS FOR MY DD AND THAT DOCTOR WILL DO SOMETHING TO HELP HER............CUZ IF THEY DON'T I THINK THEY MAY BE TAKING ME AWAY IN HANDCUFFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyways. Updated......I'm back writing this so obviously not in jail. Well, it was an emotional, frustrating, despairing, and funny trip (well---only funny when my mom told the doctor he was cracked).
We got the same ped we had last time, she goes to a clinic so getting the same doctor is an amazing thing. It is a SUPER long story.........so to make it short as possible: it is NOT a poop thing at all like the doctor originally thought. She has pollikiuria which is a fancy name for irritable bladder. Her bladder is having spasms which make her feel like she has to go when she does not. Here is what I thought: when they cath'ed her at the ER last time and she had a flood of pee, then progressively each day her symtoms got worse (having to pee but can't). So my thought was that urine was building up and up and up and she to the point where it had no where to go so she would puke instead. The doctor did NOT feel that an ultrasound was necessary but my mom and I demanded it. They sent us over to the hospital. They loaded her up with water which I'm surprised she kept it down. Her bladder showed full but not overly full like I thought it would be! And then she was able to empty her bladder, it didn't seem like as much pee as I thought it would be but when they they did the ultrasound it showed the bladder was empty. There was this white stuff all over the screen. I asked the tech what it was, but she said she isn't a doctor and said maybe it was gas.......all she showed us was the bladder on the TV when full and the bladder when empty. She said it was fully emptying so just having that answered made me feel way better. What I don't understand at all then is WHY does she get progressively worse rather than better........to the point of puking! The doctors answer was that he didn't know. I told them FRIDAY that I knew it was getting to the point of her puking again---cuz she was in the bathroom every fricken minute that was the whole reason I called them! The doctor said it will fix itself and there isn't anything that can be done. So I asked him flat out........so you are saying, she has to suffer with this for months? and his answer was unfortunately yes. Talk about despair. My heart just sank. He is supposed to call me tomorrow after the ultra sound is reviewed. Even though I already made an apt at Devos he did say he would call in a referral. So of course I'm still going down to Devos. The Ped thinks her problem will be fixed by our apt date.........I would love to believe that will be true.........but I'm doubtful.

So sorry to hear about this mess! If it was my Peds doctor, they would have taken her in on the weekend to see her or suggested Urgent Care.

My stomach is in knots for you. I am so sorry. I would try to call back to the pediatric urologist and ask to speak to a nurse. Even if you get thru to a voice mail you can let them know how scared you are and practically beg them for an appointment. They CAN work you guys in if they want to.
